What is stored

On the site

On your first visit we store an anonymous id, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from, the referring page, your device type, and whether you are inside an in-app browser. That is kept in your browser and in our database so we know which link brought you here. It contains no name and no email.

If you leave your email, we store the address and where on the page you left it. If you join, we store your payment customer id, your email, your plan, your status, your screening acknowledgement, and the campaign parameters from your first visit.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel, and the TikTok pixel to measure which posts bring members. These load only after you accept in the consent bar. If you decline, we still receive cookieless counts of page views and no advertising identifiers are set.

What the bot keeps

The bot stores what you post: sweat, zones, fuel, and light, plus the weight and calorie figures you send it in a direct message. It keeps that record for as long as you are a member and for twelve months after you cancel, so a returning member does not lose her history. Ask and it is deleted sooner. Your direct-message figures are never shown to the group or to other members.

Processors

Payments are handled by Stripe, the room runs on Telegram, and the database is hosted infrastructure operated on our behalf. Each holds only what it needs to do its job.
